Camera recordings
DualLens uses your iPhone cameras and microphone to create combined dual-camera videos. If you enable separate camera files, the app can also create individual front- and back-camera videos. Recording and composition happen on your device.
When Save to Photos is enabled, completed recordings are saved to your Apple Photos library. DualLens does not upload your videos or audio to the developer and does not operate a cloud storage service. Files saved to Photos remain subject to your device, iCloud Photos, and Apple privacy settings.
Local app data
DualLens stores camera layout preferences, recording settings, free-use counters, advertising timing, and purchase entitlement status locally on your device. This information is used to restore your last layout, apply recording limits, and provide the features you select.
Advertising and consent
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process data such as IP address-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising data, app interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.
Where required, DualLens uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising consent choices before requesting ads. The availability and behavior of consent choices can vary by country or region. DualLens does not use camera footage, recorded audio, or saved videos as advertising data.
App Store purchases
DualLens Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple provides the app with verified purchase entitlement information so Pro access can be granted or restored. The developer does not receive your full payment card details.

Permissions
DualLens requests permissions only when they are needed:
- Camera: to preview and record front- and back-camera video
- Microphone: to include audio in recordings
- Photos: to save completed recordings to your photo library
You can review or change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Accounts, sharing, and retention
DualLens does not require a user account and does not include public profiles, social posting, or a developer-operated upload service. You control recordings in the Photos app. Removing DualLens deletes its locally stored settings and counters, but does not automatically delete videos already saved to Photos.
Children
DualLens is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children. The app does not knowingly request personal profile information from children.
Your choices
You can deny camera, microphone, or Photos access; remove saved recordings in Photos; and manage available advertising consent choices when presented. You can also purchase DualLens Pro to use the app without advertising.
