Restore Lifetime Ad-Free
Open My Lovely Pet, go to Settings → Lifetime Ad-Free, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Lifetime Ad-Free removes ads; future premium features may be offered separately.
iCloud sync
Make sure you are signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and My Lovely Pet is allowed to use iCloud. You can turn sync off and on from the app's Settings screen. Keep the app open briefly after a large import so pending changes can finish syncing.
Widgets and photo imports
If the widget does not appear immediately, open the app once, add or update a memory, and then add the widget again from the iPhone Home Screen. Imported photos appear in the Import inbox until you review or discard them.
